We adore your well-behaved furry companions! We welcome up to 2 pets per home, each weighing a maximum of 40 lbs. There is a one-time fee of $300 per pet , plus $35 monthly rent per pet. Please note, certain breed restrictions may apply.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance is mandatory for all residents at Westland Communities.
